QuickBooks Integration

To connect Workslayr with QuickBooks Online, you’ll need to obtain API credentials from the Intuit Developer Portal. This integration helps streamline your invoicing and financial workflows. Follow these steps to get your API keys.

Step 1: Create an Intuit Developer Account #

1. Go to developer.intuit.com
2. Click Sign Up or Sign In if you already have an account
3. Complete the registration process using your business email

Step 2: Create an App #

1. Once logged in, navigate to the Dashboard
2. Click Create an App
3. Select QuickBooks Online and Payments as your platform
4. Enter a name for your app (e.g., “Workslayr Integration”)
5. Click Create

Step 3: Get Your API Keys #

1. Open your newly created app
2. Go to the Keys & credentials section
3. You’ll find two sets of keys:
   • Development Keys: For testing in sandbox mode
   • Production Keys: For live connections (requires app review)
4. Copy your Client ID and Client Secret

Step 4: Configure Redirect URI #

1. In the Keys & credentials section, find Redirect URIs
2. Add your Workslayr callback URL as provided in your Workslayr QuickBooks settings
3. Save your changes

Once you have your API credentials, enter them in Workslayr under Settings → Financial Settings → QuickBooks to complete the integration setup. See Company Settings for more configuration options.
