The home screen provides quick access to your most important information and actions.
User Widget #
The top widget displays your name, designation, and department. It also provides quick access to:
- Start Timer – Begin tracking time on a task
- Clock In – Record your attendance
Quick Overview Widget #
This widget summarizes key metrics:
- Completed, pending, and overdue tasks
- Projects in progress and overdue projects
Active Tasks List #
Below the widgets, browse your active tasks by scrolling left/right or tap ‘View all‘ for the complete list.
Shift Schedule #
The bottom section shows your upcoming shift assignments for the current and future weeks.
Clock In Process #
When clocking in from the home screen:
- Tap the ‘Clock In‘ button
- A pop-up appears to select your company location
- Choose your working environment: Office, Home, or Other
- Confirm to start your work session
Note: Some employees may be configured to ‘Start timer without clock in‘ for contractual or freelance work.
